In general, a consultation is $125-300 based on the scope and length of the consultation. Consultation fees for employment law and personal injury may be waived. During the consultation we review the relevant laws based on the facts you provide, and discuss the possible outcomes and routes for your case.

Hourly rate depends on practice area, case inheritance, and difficulty and risk of representation.

To proceed with a civil lawsuit, the cost is typically a minimum of $5,000, even for the quickest and simplest matters which go through a limited arbitration. For matters that go to trial, many average cases cost over $25,000 to try - approximately a week and a half of attorney work.
